Allow the Media Item Fade In or Fade Out to control MIDI Volume for an item containing MIDI data.

This would be much quicker to do (one mouse click and drag) than setting up a fade out using track automation (many mouse clicks and drags), expecially when multiple items in one track are involved.

Currently, the Media Item Fade In/Out only controls the MIDI velocity for an item containing MIDI data. There could be a preference added which allows either MIDI Volume (or Velocity if it is really required) to be controlled.
