I'd say this would be better implemented as a groove tool:
- Grove extract from midi/audio
- Apply with strength to midi/audio.
But, of course, could be implemented for grid as well, with pattern A/B/C/D etc.
It's a good thing bringing it to attention here,
in case groove grid-implementation is choosen.
