I understand that, but that is the preview version, not the update. People here are asking about the finished article, as supplied in the upgrade version.
Paulheu seems to be implying that you can miss out step one (install Win10 as update) and go straight to install as recovery.
This despite several sources saying this is not possible, including my link:
