Right-click option has already been discussed in dedicated forum topic
(in my sig) - it's not something I would personally like to hack from the extension, but we'll see...

Regarding shortcut key
S. The whole point of contextual toolbars is that you use
ONE shortcut to load multiple toolbars for different context for one preset. I personally keybinded the shortcut to one of the buttons on my mouse and once I got used to it, it became second nature
(right-click for the things I need 1 % of the time, contextual toolbar shortcut for the things I need 99% of the time)
