Read the link in my post above yours then you should understand.

The way I understand it Win 10 initially just installs as any other Windows 7 update (this registers it with Microsoft). Any subsequent installs can be done as a fresh install, you can use an ISO file after the first install.
If your Windows install is working perfectly as an update then a fresh install is pretty much pointless.
