A 7 string Floyd will be the same as a 6 string, just with an extra saddle, so the high E and low B are the lowest, high B and low E are a bit higher, G and A are a bit higher still, and D is the tallest.
You can buy shims to fit under the saddles to raise them so that the radius of the bridge matches your fingerboard, so if you are unable to get the saddle for the D, you could get an extra G/A saddle and shim it up a bit.
