Updated to reflect the recent updates in 4.11 pre3, which enables Reaper 64-bit users to use the 32-bit Quicktime libraries for playback.
Blackbart has already confirmed that ProRes Quicktimes now work in the Windows x64 version of Reaper.
Activate OS decoding in the Preferences/Video page.
