UPDATE: 3/30/2020 - added 3 new layouts
UPDATE: 3/30/2020 (100% only - no changes to 150 & 200 layouts)
- added additional Strip layout based on the B MCP layout.
- Created two Narrow layouts similar to the C MCP layout, but based on the A & B layouts
- changed the MCP recmon graphic to use in the Narrow and Strip layouts
- changed the Separator color to better match the theme
- some minor bug fixes
- updated the screenshots
Update available now on Stash
LCS_Flat-6
LCS_Flat-6_Light
Note: the Mods are only for the 100% version.
the 150 and 200 HiDPI layouts have the MCP & TCP dark buttons, knobs and faders from White Tie's Modders Pack, but there are no other tweaks applied to those sizes.
see post #4 for an example of the 150 and 200 HiDPI layouts.

Really stellar work! I may yet abandon my amateur mod and go with yours, though I would just need to do a few things to accommodate eccentricities... Thanks for sharing and thanks again letting me pinch your Mute and Solo elements.

Superb theme, Lucas! I am also a Paulie refugee and my eyes and workflow are more than pleased!
Do you know an easy way to change the position of the pan-knob in the TCP? Does the flow logic from REAPER 5 apply to this theme, too?

The only mods I did to the TCP were the fader colors and the separator, so I can't be much help with making the changes.
This statement is in the rtconfig:
Quote:
; ---- MODDING WITH 'THEN' ----
Elements within the main section of the TCP flow one after another based on the previous element's position and size,
and will move to the next row if necessary, and hide if there's not enough room. The order they appear is determined in
the 'then' sections. Because of the way WALTER's syntax works, it is not possible to do this with a script. However,
its very easy for you to mod ...just change the line order in the 'then' section.
; -----------------------------
|
so that sounds like what you want to do is possible.

It would be best to post this question in it's own thread.
Someone more knowledgeable will possible see it give a better or at least, a more complete answer.
EDIT:
I checked.
use the Theme Adjuster TCP section.
Near the top right is the adjustment for what you seem to want to do.
Align Controls

Oh that was too easy. My bad. I always assumed that control would remove the indenting entirely so you couldn't tell at a glance which tracks were folder tracks. But it sure did the trick! Much cleaner! Thank you again.

Brilliant! It got even easier in REAPER 6 now with the "then" syntax. Thanks for pointing it out. Works like a charm.

Unfortunately, those are not controlled by the themes.
You will need to change your Windows settings, use a dark Windows theme or download a custom one.

open the Theme Tweaker and look for the following:
Window background
Window edit background
Window list background
reload the theme to get back the original settings or save the changes to keep them.
let it overwrite the current theme or give it a new name if preferred.

If you're using those layouts, then this function isn't needed.
Future updates to the theme will remove this option in the theme adjuster.
Unfortunately, my current method for this also removes it from the C layout as well, so I'm looking to find a better solution before implementing it.

Morning to you! In your screenshots in the original post, the narrow layout has faders instead of knobs.I tested a narrow layout on a single track and I still get a knob instead. Did I miss something obvious? I "think" i have the theme adjusted done as in your instructions, but i've been wrong before.
Thanks,

Good morning!
From your screenshot, it looks like the mixer is too small to accommodate the fader, so it's switching to the knob.
you will need to make the mixer or that track taller to see the fader.
If you look at the screenshots on the first page, you will see one that shows the mixer in a more compact state to demonstrate this.

thank you, that did the trick. For anyone else who has the same issue, if you target the line just above the FX button on a track and hold Ctrl, left click and drag up slightly, you can globally increase the fader height just enough to get the "knob" to change to a fader.

UPDATE: 04/07/2020 - fixed some bugs
UPDATE: 04/07/2020
- aligned Narrow A faders with Strip A faders
- changed mute off image in I/O panel.
- change I/O image in Media Explorer to better match theme
- changed some icons in the Theme Adjuster to match the theme better.
- disabled Narrow Modes in the Theme Adjuster for layouts A & B
PLEASE NOTE:
The Mixer or MCP Narrow selections for A or B layouts in the Theme Adjuster have been disabled.
It's unnecessary for those layouts causes alignment issues with their Strip & Narrow layouts.
If you need that kind of "on-the-fly" flexibility, please use the C layout instead.

UPDATE: 04/10/2020 - more bug fixes
UPDATE: 04/10/2020 (This should be the last major update.)
- Changed monitor button to be consistent across all layouts
- disabled the Folder Indent option in the Theme Adjuster to eliminate alignment issues it causes for the A & B layouts.
- changed the FX-In button in both the Narrow A & B layouts to stretch with the Recinput when using Meter Expansion mode
- fixed volume & fader knob placement issues on the Narrow & Strip A & B layouts when switching between Element label modes in the Theme adjuster.
- changed volume knob in the Narrow & Strip A & B layouts to a fixed position until the IO button reaches it, then it slides down, but remains visible.
- Fixed Dual Pan alignment issues
- fixed some minor graphic and position issues
PLEASE NOTE:
The Mixer or MCP Narrow selections for A or B layouts in the Theme Adjuster have been disabled.
If you need that flexibility, please use the C layout instead.
Update available on Stash
LCS_Flat-6
LCS_Flat-6_Light
PLEASE READ:
The download includes a custom Theme Adjuster in the ZIP file.
The theme should work without it, but the theme adjuster will not work.
If you want to use the theme adjuster, then you will need to install the script and image folder included in the download
The custom Theme Adjuster has changes that tie it to the theme.
Please read the simple instructions for installing it.

Hi,
great theme mod, but because I'm partially color blind, I had trouble seeing the mute button status, so I made some adjustments.
Solo was fine, but I change it for consistency.
I will add these changes to the attachment for future reference and maybe someone will also find it useful.

Font Adjustments?
Hey, folks. I love this them but find the text in my custom toolbar text icons to be a lil' too small for me. I have attempted editing what i though to be the target in the rtconfig file, but it seemed to make no difference
I need some assistance targeting the right thing to adjust to make this text larger

Hi mykrobinson,
Open the Theme Tweaker and look for the Font section.
Volume/pan label font should be listed first.
Doubleclick it and change it to 8 or 9.

Hi,
I adopted new 6.11 Theme Adjuster for this theme, if you would like to try new color control feature just copy script and folder with new images into Reaper's resource script folder.

Thank you, Frantick, but I've updated the theme to use the default adjuster's image folder.
This allows updating the script by just copying and renaming the default script.
Your script will not work with the new version and any updated versions that may follow.
