Default Reflectosaurus (a crafty delay plugin)

Hello!

I'm here to "release" one of my babies in the wild: Reflectosaurus. It's already been in the repo for a while. It's basically a delay plugin with some extra bells and whistles.

Features:
- Up to 10 node delay.
- Positive, negative and allpass delay.
- Delay filtering (LPF w/ resonance, HPF).
- Various delay saturation algorithms.
- Delay sends (craft complex delay networks).
- Two reverberation algorithms (FFT-based and allpass).
- Delay time pitch tracking based on MIDI input.
- Granular resynthesis.
- Pitch shifting.
- Side chain compressing the delays.
- Mid/Side processing.
- A decent selection of presets (if they don't appear, load them from the RPL).

Manual can be found here:
https://github.com/JoepVanlier/JSFX/...rus_Manual.pdf
It contains information on all the DSP behind the scenes and provides some basic usage hints as well.

Installation
Installation is easiest via reapack.
- Extensions -> Reapack -> Import repositories
- Add the following repository to your list: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jo...ster/index.xml
- Extensions -> Reapack -> Browse packages
- Type: Reflectosaurus, right click on it, install.
- Then, go to your add FX window on a track, hit F5 and then it should appear. enjoy!

Youtube Demos
Here's a youtube showing some basic feedback layouts.

Note: that this thing comes with no warranties whatsoever and that it can be pretty CPU hungry when you enable a lot of stuff.
Note: that there may still be bugs lurking. Please report them if you run into them.

Finally, if you do something cool with it, I'd love to see a recording of it in a reply

Thanks sai'ke. I already have almost everything I'd need for regular delays. But this one seems to maybe cater for more creative usage with some surprising results, so I'll be happy to test this at some point soon.

Thank you sai'ke!. Definitely a ''crafty delay plugin'' for sure + a lot more. The grain and shimmer additions are great and quite unique. Will be using this a lot for new projects. Thanks for the RPL and manual to - it's good to know how to utilize this plugin properly.

I hope it's useful

You're both right, it's definitely geared towards more unusual uses of delay. But there's no reason it's unusable for simple delays or even phasers or flangers either.

Just a question from my side, do the presets show up after installation?

True, you can get some nice simple delays, phasers and flangers from this, as well as the more creative/in-depth crazy stuff - so best of both worlds
The presets show up for me without any issues at all. I am using the GitHub Zip download versions though, not Reapack.

Thanks man

Anyone try feedback pitch following yet? I should probably do a video on that. Might be a more obscure use of this thing.
