[FIXED] Notation bug - action "Insert note at mouse cursor" does not obey key snap
- in notation activate key snap
- place mouse cursor so that it can draw a non-key note - perform "Insert note at mouse cursor" BUG - the note is not snapped to the key EXPECTED - the note is snapped to the key when key snap is on.
