I've still got a couple of bugs here - I use ALT as a modifier for "Move item vertically ignoring time selection". This means I need it to scroll up & down when using Alt+Drag.

There is also no autoscroll when dragging anything in from Media Explorer, mouse modifiers or no. Bringing it up here cause I feel like all this stuff is related.

(And as a feature request, it would be nice to have an item modifier that has the same functionality as "Move areas on one axis only", which I use on razor edits and have come to love!)
