While arranging old Bertold Brecht Songs for Cello and Piano I came up with these two ideas for actions:

- delete unused lanes
- compact lanes, which simply reorders all items for the minimum amount of lanes

Guys, did I miss something? I missed several dev versions and when I installed the latest version 0813, I found an extra area under the selected items. Now the selected items will be displayed like this? Is this a disabled option?

I'm having crashes all the time with Reaverb in this pre (Linux Manjaro). The recipe to reproduce them is quite simple (at least here) : I open Reaverb, click on the "Add File" button and bam! It just crashes.


If you can't reproduce it and need a simple test project, just tell me.

+dev0813 is also crashing for me (Ubuntu 20.04). It started fine the first time, but clicking the 'FX' button caused a segfault and now it segfaults every time I try and start it. No problems with +dev0812.

EDIT: I'm using an empty project created with +dev0812 containing one audio track and no plug-ins. Attempting to open the plug-in browser using the 'FX' button in the audio track triggers the crash, and then Reaper will no longer start at all. I have to revert to +dev0812, and reopen the project to clear the issue until the next time.

There doesn't seem to be any problem with the 6.65 public release version, as far as I can test.


Regarding this pre, I added a couple of files with the "Insert Media" option and it didn't crash immediately, but it certainly did after that, when I tried to add a FX in a track...
