This may be unrelated to the update, but I've just noticed it.

If I right-click on any MIDI item, item settings> "force media offline" is always checked.

Why the big difference in FX CPU usage?
I'm still using, "Display CPU utilization as 100% = all cores fully utilized" in performance window settings.

Win10_x64, i7-3770(4T/8C @ 4GHz)

There will be some API access in the next +dev build, which would be a good place for more feedback, when it's posted.

Checked it in the Mac version.
- Text metadata is nicely preserved when converting to mp3 👍🏼
- Only track title is preserved when saving as AIFF again 🤧
- Cover art seems to be never preserved no matter what destination file format is used 🤧

Not yet completed but it's definitely an imorovement 👍🏼

Hi,
I was checking for

+ Virtual MIDI keyboard: highlight notes being played by armed track inputs

but i realized it's not playing what's already on the track. (i thought this would mean, it's showing what's played on or by armed tracks).

any chance to add that?

i'm using "showmidi" vst for it now but works only so-so.
