Mouse modifer "Move item ignoring selection/grouping" broken in Ripple mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Ripple mode
2. Select 2 items at different positions
3. Drag later item with mouse mod "Move item ignoring selection/grouping"

Expected result:
Earlier item doesn't move, because the mouse mod should be ignoring the fact it's also selected but isn't being dragged directly, and being the earlier item it should not be affected by Ripple. (This is the (correct) result when Ripple is off.)

Actual result:
The earlier item also moves – i.e. same result as if the mouse mod was not used and the default behavior of "move items" happens.
