Default [6.80]Crash when renderproject from cli with VST plugin.

Rendering from command line while having any of these particular VST plugins in the project cause reaper to crash.
Most of the time reaper managers to render out the audio before the crash but I have had times where it has not.
Rendering from cli without these VST plugins does not cause a crash.

VSTs reported: Kontakt, Kontakt Player, Reaper SWS/S&M Extension, Reaper Kontrol.

Repro:
- Add a track.
- Select the FX.
- Add 'VSTi: Kontakt (Native Instruments)'
- Select and apply any instrument.
- Save project.
- Open Windows Event Viewer.
- Navigate to 'Windows Logs > Application'.
- Render from command line.
(eg. "reaper.exe" -renderproject "projectPath.rpp")
- Observe Application Crash in Event Viewer.
