Default Click preset won't load properly

Hi guys, just wanted to report, using latest version 7.27, when i tried to change between click presets that i've saved, (from a click source track, not the project settings) it does it like once, and then i cannot change it back unless i manually select the samples again, so the whole point of presets are useless at this point , and as you can see in the attached image, all of the presets are "checked".

Using Mac M1 14.6

I can't immediately reproduce the problem. Could you share your reaper-metronome.ini file? Options menu > Show REAPER resource path, then look for the file there.

Oh, I think I see the problem. Loading a preset changes the dialog display, but does not apply the changes (in other words, the actual click sounds don't change until you click OK or apply). But saving a preset saves the currently *applied* settings as a preset, which may not be the same as the displayed settings, if the displayed settings have not yet been applied. So it's confusing!

I think the solution might be to get rid of the ok/apply/cancel buttons, and have changes automatically apply immediately.

Yes might be that!
The thing is, once i load the first one, it wont recall the others, no matter what i do the files stay the same, to be able to change it i have to completely reboot reaper, and even there, i had to load the files again because the preset wont work (reboots only solutions the "checked" mark).

I think we've got this, no need for the preset file, thanks.

Another problem with the click source item: double clicking on it brings up the Click Source Properties window with them set to factory default i.e. not to the user-defined as entered through the 'Save as default' button. By factory default, I mean all four boxes checked in the B sound matrix, though the tempo reflects my current project tempo.
