One minor thing, button state gets stuck when pressing a button and releasing outside of the TCP toolbar area.

Ruler size bug: each time you add a region, the size increases slightly.
So if you use the "Ruler: Show/hide all project regions" action several times, the ruler height will increase with each inclusion. This bug works even if there are no regions in the project.
I hope I wrote this clearly.

It's very odd what's happening to the main toolbar there. Can you share your reaper-menu.ini file please?

Sure.

Sorry about that.
I use a lot of spaces to align the toolbars to the left. That's why it looks scary if the toolbar has a big height. It's not a bug, it's my weirdness

I'm getting some grid display issues- grid is not showing at zoom levels that it should be.

I'm doing a lot of tempo manipulation with the TIMEBASE Time for items AND Tempo markers. There area also a lot of Time Signature that create partial measures.

I don't know if this is on the pre-release only as I'm only using pre-releases.

The cutoff for showing the grid lines is between 4 and 5 pixels - as shown below in the 2nd gif. Obviously, I'm well above the minimum pixel threshold for displaying the grid here.

There’s something strange going on with the item peaks.

great with this one, if possible it would be nice that tb buttons could show on/off (show/hide state).

Retina, mac:
If no pinned tracks and only master track present in pinned zone, then there is (again) a drawing bug when hovering the panel handle:

Regarding hi-dpi images in pinned area,
the placeholder seems to be fixed, but it still doesn't use the existing image from the 200% resources. This would be nice as there might be a need to adjust line thickness etc. Also on the default 7 theme the new icons are really small, maybe the intention?:

And,
there is still something weird with fx embeddings..
Especially on Retina, which makes it really hard to work with tcp fxembed, which I've posted several examples of (sorry if too much!!)

But even at normal resolution there are errors, at least on mac.
Below is an example with a fresh install, no scripts.

And also, a heads-up regarding the default 7 theme,
On tracks that use align balanced/stretch-name and are pinned, the elements alignment looks wrong when they appear in the pin area.

@1x, 1920x1080:

The resize cursor gets stuck, a bit too much IMO.
And the pin-window image is extremely small on Retina:

(expect it to behave same as TCP and not to completely disappear)

Would it be possible to also update TCPY/TCPH here too? It would enable scripts to handle scroll and zooming a bit better without a UI refresh.

– reposting my report about the tcp_pinned_divider, not using resources from the 200 folder.

I now see it actually works in the default theme where the image is correctly hi-dpi. In RT the path is “200”. I've been using “200/” -with a slash, which works fine for everything else, just not tcp_pinned_divider and *overflow.

The question is whether this is something I/we need to fix (as well for "150/"), or if it can be changed from your side to use both path names ?

.

Yeah, best not to use trailing slashes for paths when defining subdirs.

This happens when the zoom in at maximum and the modes 'sinc smoothed' or 'dots and sinc' are enabled. Even in dev0331

Thanks, good to know.
The slash was actually an early solution to make custom images work in hi-dpi, from before they were fixed.
