Default [Delete Me] Some strange timing issues : Reaper's metronome is early

EDIT : IGNORE THIS PLEASE

Hi all,
despite the fact that i have enabled or disabled all the relevant options to get optimal timing when recording i noticed that my recordings (MIDI and audio) are always a little early.
So i began suspecting that the metronome is a little early and infact if i insert a "Click Source" whic is perfectly on the grid and keep the metronome on...well they are not in phase. If i render the click source and move it a little early it sounds perfectly in sync with the metronome.
And if i record using the click source and turning the metronome off my recorings timing is really better. So my conclusion is that the metronome is playing a little earlier. Can anyone confirm?
Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new project
2. Add an empty track
3. Insert Click Source
4. Turn Reaper's metronome on
5. Play the project
6. You'll clearly hear that Click Source and Metronome are not in sync.
7. Render as mono audio track the Click Source Track
8. If you move the rendered click track a little earlier (in my 44.100, 128 ASIO buffer project around 1.200 samples earlier) it will be in sync with the metronome.
9. My conclusion is that Reaper's metronome play before it should do. It's early.

thanks
