Default Noise Reaper ( Air )

Hello
Thank you Reaper team.
Please help me :
The softwere DAW gives me the sound of the air (Noise) Loud.
I changed the sound card, I deleted the software and installed it again,
but it still has a problem.
Even the software delivers airflow in the air.
I do not know where the problem is. It's hard for me to fix the problem.
—No plugins & VST has been opened in the software, and only audio files that have been opened for the mix in the project are available.
The software also provides air in the normal mode, even when the plugins are off.
Reaper version : 5.91 - 64Bit & old ( There is problem )
Project mix : share files ( waves , 37 tracks ) . ( no plugins channel ) = noise
Please help me.
Tnx

If I am understanding your post correctly, you have hiss (sound of air) all the time in Reaper?
What audio/MIDI interface are you using and how are you listening to the sound output?
Do you have the same problem with hiss with a completely empty new project?

One way to set a base line for us to trouble shoot from is to reinstall Reaper as a portable install and see if that hisses in the same way. You do this by downloading Reaper fresh and checking the "Portasble Install" box when you start the install.
This creates a brand new Reaper install without affecting your original and it is set to the factory original settings.
Also download and run resplendence.com dpc latency checker and see if it shows any problems with your computer.

Anyway welcome to the forums and dont forget to download the free user guide & watch the free video tutorials both available at reaper.fm.

What is your first language, by the way? It is possible someone on here is a native speaker and may find it easier to help you.

Default Good

Yes, I always have a problem with the sound of the air in Reaper.
My computer is very professional and strong, And there is no sound in the FL Studio & Cubase software - only Reaper Daw = sound of Air .
Unfortunately, my problem is still unresolved. In my country, no one uses Reaper to help me / in my country : Cubase,Logic,FL Studio,Reason is Used all.
I like rapper work and I do not want to leave, Unfortunately, the sound of the air is still not resolved, and this is present in all projects. ( Mixing & Mastering )

If you're sure you do not have any plug-ins in the project and the noise is present even when the transport is stopped, there must be an input channel open on at least one track (armed for recording with input monitoring ON ), otherwise the issue is with your audio interface. If the noise comes only up when the transport is playing, the noise may be present on the audio files themselves.
