Right click error when click on FX area in Mixer

When i click this area strange things happening. Suddenly main menu is blocking - most function not showing when click - not displaying. Shortcuts stop to work.
When i alt tab into Windows XP my right mouse not working not showing menuses in explorer with this error - at folders/shortcuts. I can quit only after close by (x) mixer. Must restart Reaper cause otherwise every function is almost blocked. This is strange - right click this area in MIXER suppose how i guess show extended mixer fx chains options - show nothing - blocking for second LIKE tryin to locate what need to display (menu context) and error appears which i described.

I dont know is any corelation with that but strange is happening to with my Oatmeal VSTI and i see this since long time too - Oatmeal knobs and parameters not changing visually like i moving at bitmap - not at real plugin. Cursor not changin at knobs in Oatmeal. This is another strange thing. I dont know is any corelation but Oatmeal is unusable for a long time since started to behave like that - all the time like freezed graphic in all skins.


EDIT:

Finally (!) I cleared custom menu section for extended mixer - and now everything back to normal - this right click work again and displaying right menu - (default) i cleared compeletly custom section (left side) of this menu section and now works - and displaying default (right section) but anyway works OK.

Only one bug which still exist is when i call this extended mixer menu - section quick add fx once showing me few of my custom folder and next time all of them and again when called once few of folders again all of them. Cycling.

After restart Reaper everything started again... (pt.1)
This time even when i clicked multiple times on fx mixer area even my left mouse click was blocked too same as right and it affected in Windows XP too
my task manager didnt displayed, left click on folders not work same as right. After multiple left click at one of folder (in Windows X) i could again
file > quit in Reaper and moving in folders in Windows XP.

EDIT:

After restart right click on extended mixer section bringed back properly working menu. This time i deleted from this menu quick add fx sections which
usually taking around second or two before display and now this menu showing right after right click. No errors again.

After restart Reaper again and again after delete sections quick add fx this menu not causing any problem. Right click not causing any problem. Deleting
quick add fx sections from this menu solved problem totally. Something is not allright with these quick-add-fx in menus btw. they not working outside
menu extended mixer - in other menuses - same as quick fx chain - which at least works fine in extended mixer and fx button at tracks.

EDIT:

I restarted my windows xp and started again to check is everything is memorized and Reaper. YES. Deleting quick-add-fx sections totally remove right mouse click error.

My conclusion is:
Quick fx chain, Quick template selections - are working allright cause they are based on Windows XP folder system - they working very fast.
Quick fx chain work on fx button at tracks and in extended mixer - but not in other menuses - but works anyway fast in place where work.
Quick template selection works allright in any menu everywhere works fast and good.

Quick fx - they taking 1,2 seconds to load for me and not working in other places than extended mixer and fx button on tracks.
After delete these quick fx section from extended mixer menu my "right click" on mixer fx area problem is totally solved and even
this menu is showin after click with no error. Somethins is absolutley not stable in quick add fx sector. Removing this sector solved my problem with right click totally.


Would be nice if:

Quick FX Chain - could work in all place in each menu same as Quick Template - which actually does work in any menu.

Reaper laboratory - would take attention on Quick Add Fx and allow to work it in any menu.
Again something is not allright with quick-add fx if does error in extended mixer as i mentioned and only after elimination this QUICK ADD FX from extended mixer solved my problem with "right click"
