Default Reaper crashes when starting to render

My Reaper has been crashing for few last versions when rendering and overwriting an existing MP3 file. It never happens if i change the filename to something new. I'll include the error logs below. I can easily reproduce the error if needed.

This happened several times to me which I posted a couple of weeks ago. Windows update seemed to fix the issue.

Also double check that your midi interface is not trying to send beat clock to any midi devices that may not longer be connected to your system. I've seen that take down both reaper and cubase.

Also double check that you don't have an anti virus on the computer turned on while you are rendering. I can halt the render because it's checking the file while it's being written.

Only windows 10's own antivirus is on, windows is up to date and no midi outputs anywhere. Quite annoying to every time i render a track to make a new filename...

Reaper also crashes when drag 'n dropping several wave stems to a project. No problem when dragging one by one
