Default Differentiate chased MIDI CCs in JSFX

So I'm having some issue with chased MIDI CCs. In my current project, they're undesirable. I have been unsuccessful at finding a way to turn them off / ignore them at the plugin (preferred), track, project or reaper configuration level. I was wondering if there's any robust way to either:

A. Make a JSFX not take chased CC's.
B. Identify which of the MIDI CC's originated from a chase. Currently, they all seem to get offset 0, which essentially destroys this information.
C. Turn them off.

I can work around them, but it would be a very messy hack (essentially 'resetting' them to a magic value at the end of every MIDI item). I was wondering if anyone else had some insights.
