Justin,
most of my projects have
untitled.wav in the render settings as default file name.
Rendering projects with the
reaper.exe -renderproject
option now overwrites (because of the same output name) rendered files without warning
Why not rendering to projectname.wav instead?
Say the project is called
Test - 001.rpp
then the output should be named
Test - 001.wav
+ Reaper really should NEVER overwrite files without warning! Please do a check there before writing any files!
In this example, Reaper should bring up a dialog if
Test - 001.wav already exists:
________________________________
File already exists
________________________________
[Overwrite] [Rename] [Cancel]
________________________________
or just
________________________________
File already exists. Overwrite?
________________________________
[Yes] [No]
________________________________
+ rendering this way only should show the render window:
At the moment you still see the main interface for a moment.
