Default Kontakt Player Updates not happening :(

I go to service centre. See that a new version is out, try to download and then get a.... Download failed. Always....

I need to review a killer new instrument but it needs the latest player version aaaargghhh....


Any help would be appreciated.

System : i5, hp laptop, 8 gb ram, win10 with reaper latest 64 bit.

Or try the "dreaded" new Native Access. It is theoretically supposed to replace the Service Center anyway (except for older discontinued products).
I had the same error with Kontact and Service Center, Native Access worked for me (I have read a few horror stories though..)

Wonder how many of these are no longer an issue? I have yet to have problem one with my Native Access install.

Regardless of the page saying 'for legacy products', simply [LOGIN] with your account and do a search.
Latest available updates on the download page are version 5.6.6 (for both Kontakt and the free Kontakt Player) - which is the same latest version available via Native Access ...
