Render Selected Tracks to New Fixed Item Lanes

I just made myself a very long custom action that works, but I'm worried may be finicky, and I think this would be a great native action.

With this, you can select the track you like, and get

LANE 1: All MIDI data, audio edits, etc

LANE 2: Rendered Audio, all uniform length

I am going through this process with a bunch of sessions, in order to preserve sessions that rely on virtual instruments, that may get lost or not supported over time. This is a way of archiving my projects that I think could be super handy for a lot of folks.
