Welcome to the forum.

Can you be more specific about what you are searching for? Do you want drum loops, one-shot samples, or something else? What do you mean when you say "guitar stuff" ? That's a pretty vague term and not knowing what your looking for, I'd say google is your friend.

well im actually looking for everything

just a place wer ei can download tons of different sounds and yes drum-loops, but not samples.

This is a fairly comprehensive site for VST's and VSTi's


You can also search google for drum loops and guitar loops and get a kazillion hits.
I don't use loops per se, so I can't be much help in this area.
Try http://looperman.com/ as a starting place.

I use one-shot samples in some situations and the Freesound site is my "go-to" site for those.

Searching the Reaper forum will turn up a world of links to sounds as well.

Finding the really good sounds is a pita, but worth it.
