Default Jesusonic fixes..
There were some denormal issues with SStillwell's rjb1073. Loser did a great job of fixing these, and fixing bitred's noise-shaping.

Any way we could get these improvements into the general release, please?

I am using them, but the danger is that they are overwritten when we get an update...
