Default docking media item properties

Hi.
One small FR :
Maybe it could be nice to be able to dock the "media item properties" (shortcut F2) ?
The nice thing would be that when docked & visible, we would have just to click one time on a clip to see its properties (and to replace it, or to know if it is stretched or not, to loop it, etc).
Am i the only one who'd find this useful ?

Good old Logic trick !

(In Logic it used two property boxes - one docked, and if needed, simultaneously another one: free-floating, that could be opened/closed by a keycommand).

PS. Of course both were using the "link" mechanism, so they always followed selection.
