Default Multiple inputs?

Alright, so since I'm on my MacBook, I can connect my USB audio interface alongside one of my USB mics. I'm trying to use both mics at the same time, on separate tracks. I can't seem to figure out the "aggregate MIDI device setup", so I have no idea on how to get both of them to run. Has anyone had any luck with this? (I'm not trying to get any pro-audio sounds. I'm just tired of my built-in computer mic.)

The general approach looks like this:

1) Make an Aggregate Audio Device with both devices (USB audio interface & USB mic) checked for 'Use': https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202000

2) In Reaper's Preferences > Audio > Device select Audio Device: Aggregate Device

3) Select the appropriate audio inputs for each Track
