Default arming actions?

Hey

So, what exactly is arming actions and what does the latest pre-release do re: toggling?

Is this how you can right click a toolbar button and have a specific action on, like a split tool type of thing?

Lets you arm stuff from within actions or scripts. 5.95 added On and Off actions, so the Toggle is just for completeness.

so you can trigger an action which toggles or turns on and off a particular action.

So,

I could hit "a"

and that can arm an action, without a toolbar button -

if it was a toggle action, I would just need to hit "a" again to disable it?

That's the thinking. It lets you recreate the "tool" behavior other DAWs have.

About that...is there some custom actions that do what MIDI CC Tool script does?

I love that tool but the problem is that it opens another window that sometimes disappear under other ones.

I'd like something I could do directly in midi CC lane (like in FL studio for example).
