perhaps you need to reinstall the asio drivers for the USB interface ?
Or potentially they are in use by another application on your PC (like winamp etc)

Can you elaborate how you connected your setup ? Where did you connect your speakers ? How does the POD connect to the USB interface (what cable)? Are you using the built in sounds of the POD and record as is, or are you using the PODFarm or Gearbox plugin ?

Default No ASIO Drivers Found

Hi I recently had to format my hard drive and having issues getting my mbox2 to work with reaper.

Same problem - no asio drivers found in the preferences.

I have installed Pro Tools and updated all my drivers.

Anyone else had this problem?

Cheers

swamp

Something odd going on here.
Do you mean you can hear what you recorded coming back through Pod headphones jack, or do you mean you cant hear yourself playing direct through the Pod into a track?

If the latter, it is likely you don't have auto record monitoring enabled on your track.
Look at the track controls for where you have the guitar signal routed in Reaper.
In the Mixer control for that track there is a little triangular icon at the bottom left of the fader controlling that track.
If you hover over it, you will see what state the record monitoring is set at.

Clicking on that button rotates you through On, Off and Auto On.
Try Auto On and you should hear yourself through your regular monitoring.

I had to go back to Sonar recently for one little bit of recording I had already done and wound up giving up and taking the audio off and into Reaper, I had totally forgotten how to work Sonar in under a year!
