Latency issue

When recording midi. Well actually I think it has something to do with latency fix or something..

I record a sequence I play with my midi keyboard, and all the notes appear to be 1/32 or 1/16 BEFORE when it's supposed to be.

And I'm not playing too hasty I tried with Bitwig And Reason and there my playing shows up how it's supposed to be but for some reason, I have this weird behavior in Reaper.

What can I do? When I sequence the midi from pianoroll to hardware, the audio sits nicely in time so adjusting the latency from prefs might mess that up.

What is your audio interface/driver, buffer setting and reported latency?

You can try to right click on the record arm button and check "Preserve PDC delayed monitoring in recorded items" it may help, but I'm not sure this is the issue.

More likely your driver is incorrectly reporting latency.
