Playback switches from SOLO to MUTE on looping
I have been experiencing some weird behaviour recently. But enough about my wombats... it's REAPER that I need help with!
I have a small project with 8 tracks or so and on one guitar track I split the track to apply Item FX. I am looping the area just before and after the split to rehearse various settings on the FX with the track solo-ed. After one pass however the track mutes and the other guitar track solos!
I think it's probably me but can't quite understand what is happening. As I say its a simple project. BTW doesn't seem to be the VST's fault (how could it be?) as the problem seems to persist with different VST's.
