Default SONG: Transparent Clarity

Hi,

I've got a new song out. It's called "Transparent Clarity" - you can check it out here:
https://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=14291956

It features all the normal suspects:
MODO bass
Superior Drums
Real live Strats and a Tele (going through real tubes and a amp sim)
and a little bit of Diva and some Mellotron for good luck ;-)
All done in reaper - of course

As usual, please let me know what you think.

John B

All my stuff is here http://www.soundclick.com/johnbraner

Don't forget - Download CDs (including my newest one "Pull the Other One") and singles are still available at all the normal streaming services.
CDBaby won't be selling physical CDs anymore - so just contact me if you want one - or look on Amazon or Apple etc.

Hey John, this sounds great!

Very grooving rhythms; contemplative leads; building textures that take you on a sonic journey.

I really dig the bridge of the song - a lot of interest and movement happening there.

No criticisms here - great sounding music and mix! From one Sonar Refugee to another - Nice work!

Hey fHumble,

Thanks a lot for listening and for your comments.
I've been away from Sonar for 3 1/2 years now, so fully in the Reaper frame of mind

Wow, you were patient! I've been a Reaper user since 2014, so over 7 years now. I got really sick of Sonar's instability and unpredictability, so I jumped ship... definitely haven't looked back. I notice that since Bandlab has taken it over, it seems much more well-behaved.

Still, very happy on Reaper - I'm pretty much a Reaper die-hard at this point!

Yeah - me too.

I jumped ship right when Cakewalk went bust - and as Bandlab was taking over...
