+ Scrub: do not scrub tracks that do not use master/parent send
# Notation editor: fix zoom/scroll when MIDI media item is set to ignore project tempo [p=1679405]
# Notation editor: rename mordent, inverted mordent to upper, lower mordent
and, speaking of options, is there an option to have the video window always open full screen? i use video on a dedicated monitor and it drives me a bit crazy having to go to the window and select to go full screen every time i open a project. it remembers position, why not this?
I can see how it might help ignore certain tracks and as long as it scrubs still if there is some kind of direct output or send on the track still then it's fine.
I often disable master tickbox and send directly to the main outs when I want to compare a track against my actual mix so it bypasses the master tracks compression etc.

I'm a bit behind the curve as far as changes, but additional envelope piqued my interest. Is it possible to assign latch to a trim envelope and touch to regular envelope (or vice versa)? To have sort of "global" or "per-section" envelope and another envelope for "per-note" adjustments if necessary?
Just wanted to point out a bug thats been happening lately with the quantize since 5.20pres started rolling around. When you quantize information in a session with a lot of midi information this happens:
# Notation editor: fix zoom/scroll when MIDI media item is set to ignore project tempo [p=1679405]
You're gonna hate this but continuous view is now not available for a MIDI media item set to ignore project tempo that has been trimmed before tempo mapping.
It works fine when the item has not been trimmed.
Trimming is needed to remove incomplete bars from the beginning of free-time recorded media.

In the midi editor, piano roll mode, in the View menu, Notation view options are displayed. (maybe it would be good to save them for the Notation mode?)
Dynamics (p, f, crescendo etc.) are inserted on top of a staff (normally they are/should be notated under the staff, and for treble+bass: in between staves).
In the notation editor, how do you select measures/multiple measures?
(I've tried single clicking between notes, but it only changes song position line). In a notation application selecting measures and page lines is an equivalent of selecting words and lines in a word processor.

It is a description of when in the old days you would turn the reels on a tape machine by hand with "tape monitor" engaged, so you can slide the audio back and forth to find an exact point to either drop in or slice and splice edit the tape.
