ahoi !

i need a short workaround how to enable the virtualmidikeykoard and how make it play.
me got two audiotracks and want to add a midi-track.
after trillions of hours i found out that the REAmidi-plug
gives the option to change the DLS instruments.
But i still can´t hear them. when i push any button i can see it flushing.
in the mixer, so there must be an input.but i cannot hear the output ???
what have i done wrong ?

Alternatively, you need a GM compatible virtual instrument (VSTi or AUi), or just a collection of synth plug-ins if you don't need GM compatibility.

yeas,fanx ollie,
i´ve read above post before. at least with others posts it helped me to get the midi input working, and the vmk to play and record.
i excepted no more. i´m not in midi really, i just need it to make my cheap trash sound a little bit more "professional"....
still can not load all instruments from the bank,
with the reamidi-vst (also, they all show up??)
but i´ll find out.

Try out Steve Folta's SFZero and soundfonts:

Another good soundfont vsti is from bismark:

There are a bajillion soundfonts out there for free...

Yes i got into it well, but "shocking" i have a powerpc g5.
so dis will not work. i am not intel.
i use a computer and not a machine,
which makes intel Bombs.
