Default "Set item ends to start of next item" affecting all items in project (FIXED)

Is "set item ends to start of next item" supposed to affect the whole project?

Since the action doesn't say "all", I would have expected this to transform only selected items. I guess there is a particular usage that required this to be possible for the whole timeline in one shot, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be partnering action to do just selected ones.

Still broken. It would be a very useful tool when used together with the SWS Groove Tool. It's very tedious to fix the item ends by hand...
