Default 5.981+dev0809/x64] Drag-duplicate MIDI Region bug

Hello

Reaper v5.981+dev0809/x64
Win 10 Pro 64bit

Prerequisites
New Reaper project with 1 MIDI track

Steps
  1. Create two 1-bar-long MIDI regions (or create one and duplicate it)
  2. Set the project time selection to the *first* MIDI region in the track (this is important)
  3. Select both MIDI regions and Ctrl-mousedrag on either of them, with the intent to make copies elsewhere in the track (the drag direction doesn't matter)
  4. Bug 1: The drag action only copies the first MIDI region (the one inside the time selection); I would have expected both regions to be duplicated.

This bug does not appear when the *second* MIDI region is within the time selection.

Hope this helps

This is a feature -- you can disable it by changing the mouse modifier for Ctrl/Cmd+Drag to be "Copy item -> ignoring time selection".
