Default Multiple Midi Controllers

I am running the latest iteration of Reaper on a 64 bit Windows installation.

I currently use a legacy Yamaha 61 key midi keyboard, connected directly to a Focusrite Saffire Pro 10 i/o, and the hardware Saffire asio drivers.

On Saturday I plan to add an M-Audio Oxygen 49 midi keyboard, which is powered and connected directly to the computer via a single USB cable.

I have two questions:

1. Can both keyboards be used at the same time within Reaper?

2. (This one seriously concerns me) Can the M-Audio keyboard utilize the Saffire Pro Asio (and if so, can both keyboard use the saffire's resources at the same time)?

Thanks in advance! This learning curve has my head spinning!

Yes you can. You can just keep your input set to all MIDI inputs and all channels and all of them will work if MIDI input is turned on in prefs.

Audio driver doesn't care about MIDI. You just need any active audio driver selected and running for other MIDI hardware to work.
