Link Problem?

I'm subscribed to the wdyrsla thread, so I get email notifications when there's a new posting to the thread. The emails provide a link to the new postings, but lately the link leads to a message saying that forum.cockos.com is down. This has been happening for a couple of days now. This is the latest example of the link:

That link works for me.

However, I've been getting lots of "forum.cockos.com is down" messages from Google Chrome. It seems that there's some caching issue going on. I work around that by clearing the cache whenever I get the message. Just the cache (Options > Under the hood > Clear browsing data... > Empty the cache), nothing else.
