Collapsing the TCP with envelops

Hi all

This has got to be any easy one. If I have tracks with automation envelops and I have increased the height of the envelop, should @ collapse the tracks and the envelops?

Just to clarify:

What are you trying to do exactly: collapsing both the Track + Envelopes? Or just the Envelopes?

And what is '@' in this case: like is '@' a Key Shortcut assigned to a specific Action? Or something else?

@ is the default key to collapse the TCP. If I press @, all of the tracks will collapse but not the automation. I would like to collapse both

You could make a custom action,..
Custom: Minimize all tracks and envelopes

Code:

  View: Minimize all tracks
  Minimize all tracks envelopes heights

Note, the second action is a lua script written by MPL, can be installed from ReaPack (mpl_Minimize all tracks envelopes heights.lua).

Yeah, a Custom Action like the one Edgemeal posted above is probably the best way to go.

And in case you want to hide the envelopes completely (instead of just minimizing):

Code:

View: Minimize all tracks
Envelope: Hide all envelopes for all tracks
