Default Always On Top Pins break when rightmost display is Primary

Moved from this thread so that this issue is isolated and specific.

Issue: When using two monitor displays, if the rightmost display is set as Primary in windows, AWOT pins break.

Expected: Pins behave normally regardless of which display is primary.

Observations: It behaves as if the rightmost screen boundary of the secondary monitor is judged as maximum, but this is not the case if the secondary monitor is on the left.

Repro: With a dual display setup, set the rightmost display as primary in Windows (aka "Make this my main display"). Open a plugin and observe that the pins will stick to the top right of the leftmost monitor - or see the repro video below.

  3. broken: 2 displays where primary is on the left and the top edge of the flank is above the top edge of the primary
  4. broken: 2 displays where primary is on the right (regardless of alignment)
  5. broken: any configuration of 3 displays (that I have been able test)
