Stodare Human being with feelings Join Date: Oct 2018 Posts: 5	Underwater warbling on playback For the past week I've had an "underwater" jumpy sound when playing track, clears up after restarting Reaper. No software installations prior to this issue. Windows 10 current updates 1803 Reaper 5.965 x64
