Default ME Event List view: Actions to set / change MIDI channel

In the MIDI Editor we have Actions to set the MIDI channel higher/lower for existing/new events (Cmd Ids 40771, 2, 5 and 6).

I have created toolbar buttons for these and they work OK on the MIDI Editor piano roll view. But if I switch to the Event List view they do not work.

At first I thought that it was because those 4 Actions are not in the "MIDI Event List Editor" section of the Actions. But I tried the other Actions (e.g. Set events to channel 10 (Cmd id 40029) and they don't work either.

Oddly, I can Run the actions from the Action List (MIDI Editor section) and they are applied to the Event List view (albeit with some screen refresh issues).

So there are three issues here:
-- add the missing Actions to the MIDI Event List Editor section of the Actions
-- get them all to work when assigned to MIDI toolbar buttons,
-- refresh the Event List view on an update from an Action.

--------------------
Can someone confirm? Then I'll add it to the Issue Tracker.

Not here, Reaper v4.22, Windows XP Home SP2.

Those 4 Actions are not in the "MIDI Event List Editor" section.

Just to check that you are doing it right:
-- assign the Actions to toolbar buttons
-- open the MIDI Editor, insert some notes, switch to Event List and select some notes
-- click the buttons

==> no channel change here

Well I can now confirm that they don't work from a toolbar, but they do work from the Event List if you open the actions list then switch the Section to MIDI Editor, and yes there are refresh issues.
