Hey, I was a bit surprised to learn that the commands for the main window do not seem to work in the midi piano roll window. What is the reason for this and is there a workaround? For example, if I have markers set up in the main tcp, I can still view them in the piano roll window but the number keys aren't assigned to them.
Open Reaper Action List while MIDI Editor window has focus and then search
in Reaper Action List for this Action: Misc: Pass through key to main window
Strange, doesn't seem to be working for me. At least not the marker shortcut keys anyway.
Do you have the same shortcut assigned to both the Marker Action (Main Section) and the Pass through Action (MIDI Editor Section)?
As example, let's say Markers: Go to marker 01 (Main Section) is assigned to shortcut key '1'.
Then add the exact same shortcut key '1' to Misc: Pass through key to main window (MIDI Editor section), as well.
