Lightbulb Track from Chrome extension?

I'd like to be able to easily add an item I'm viewing to my tracked items using the camel icon in chrome.

This could be done by right click on the camel icon and selecting a new option, "track" and entering a value, and whatever other settings.

Or it could be initiated by a link on the graph.

Either case you'd need to have account information recorded by the extension, which doesn't seem to be the case right now.

When I right click on the icon "Options" is greyed out... unless I'm missing something?

Thanks!

After using this more today I see that there is a link with text that changes. I noticed that it said "Track this product" and sometimes it says less obvious things. In any case, it still links to the site. So I guess what I'm really talking about is integration. Which, from since reading some of the blog, it seems is something you're already working on?

If we can securely store and utilize your account information to allow tracking inside the extension, that would be great. We will have to put some thought into that and see what we can come up with. Great idea, I'll toss it into our to-do list.

As for the changing text, we are trying to figure out which text is most effective. It sounds like "track this product" is the most straightforward / understandable / obvious?

That is my personal take from first becoming familiar with the program.

Thanks for adding this idea to you to-do. I appreciate the accessibility and responsiveness you show on your site and this forum.

Thanks and happy holidays!

I've changed the Camelizer to use "Watch this product" and "Track this product", the rest of the text options have been removed. This change will take place later today, and hopefully improve usability!
