Default audio items are very slow to be played back when rearranging. Any idea why? [done]

When arranging i have noticed that the playback of audio items is too slow and this negatively impacts when i am arranging. Any one has a clue why is this happening?

notice the sound is too slow to match what visually is happening and i am with 30ms of buffer size.

You’re welcome. Keep in mind though, it’s not recommended to set it to 0. It could (will) affect performance in a bad way.

You're welcome. I'd like to have some more technical reasoning about this stuff and why it's a bad idea disabling that, so if someone knows something about this please chime in.

Anyway, Justin's "mmkay" sounds menacing enough, i trust it
