Render - Estimated Remaining time wrong

Reaper 5.961 x64 and many previous versions , Windows 7 x64


Setup

• Multiple regions
• Render matrix used
• less than all regions selected for render

Bug

The time indicated for Estimated remaining is always based on all regions being rendered, not the selected.

This is an extremely long-standing bug too.

Just to hammer the nail home, this is still a thing in v5.980 .

Windows x64 version on Win7x64.
