usually in some menu I have some SWS like autocolor and when I go in show action list and filter by SWS I have nothing.

In the Reaper folder I see the file sws-autocoloricon.ini and the content is good but it does not execute.

Ah so it isn't detected by Reaper at all, hm that's strange, works fine here with Reaper 5.983 and SWS v2.10.0 #1.
Do you also see "reaper_sws64.dll" in Reaper folder/plugins?

edit:
Depending if you have a portable or regular Reaper install, plugins folder can be either in Reaper install dir or Users/.../.. I think.
You can run action "Show REAPER resource path in explorer" to locate it.

Sounds like the OP may have installed the 32-bit version of REAPER instead of the 64-bit version, or vice-versa?

There is a plugins folder in the Reaper program files directory and that is not where to put it. It needs to go in a folder named "userplugins", which is within the Reaper resource folder.

This folder can be in different locations, depending on where Reaper is installed. It is best to find it like this. Open Reaper. Go to the main menu at the top. Options > Show REAPER resource path in explorer/finder. When the window opens, look for the folder named "userplugins". That is where you want to put the SWS dll file specifically.

@Justin

Would it be useful to have an optional warning for 32/64bit plugin-versions-mismatch?

A warning might be annoying when both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are sharing a single resource path with both versions of the plugin installed inside.
