Default Small request

I'ld like to be able to rename the header on the Master bus. I don't have a "Master" on the most part. I have 20 outs which get fed to my external mixer and I like to label each so my Soudcards outputs correspond to my ext mixer's input channels.

...and I also want to be able to highlight that track,as I can do with the normal tracks.

so rednroll, just being able to change that label would make you happy?

synth, what would you do once you selected the master?

It'll be useful when recording master automation/envelopes and master FX parameters with MIDI learn/MIDI control.
And if you can add an option for this master track to be always displayed, regardless of any project/template/whatever settings,it would be great.
I always want to see the Master track in every project, all the time.

Yep!!! Like I said, it seems like a pretty simple thing. Basically I have 20 outputs, with my dual Echo Gina cards, where I label each bus Analog 1/2, Analog 3/4, Analog 5/6....etc so that when I route a track to that bus I know exactly the channel it corresponds to on my external mixer. By default I normally have the master assigned to Analog 1/2, which connects to my ext mixer channels 1/2 or sometimes Digital 1/2 if I'm routing the master to my mixer thru a s/pdif out. So being able to rename the name of the master bus to Analog 1/2 or Digital 1/2 would make me happy.
